Sharpeshooter Computer Services is there for you when you need us. We offer 3 types of technical support services:

1. Phone Support: Billed at a rate of $1.50 per minute. (phone support is only billed after the first 5 minutes, if we can answer your question within 5 minutes then there is no cost to you!)

2. Offsite Support: We have 2 locations in Edmonton! You can drop off your equipment to us for service work at either of these locations. Find these locations on our contact us page by clicking here! When you drop-off your computer with us we will bill at a lower rate than onsite service. Rates for Offsite support are $85.00 per hour. (to give you an idea of time involved, we can usually fix a virus or repair windows in less than an hour!) We also offer a very quick turnaround time, 2 to 3 days to repair your computer!

2. Remote Connect Support: This is our newest service and can be done with you ONLINE!! It is SECURE! You can watch us fix your problem right from the comfort of your home or office! we can record the session and email you a video of the session so you can fix the problem yourself next time!! Our rate for Remote Connect is $2.00 per minute.
