1. Data Evaluation:The first step to sucessful data recovery is to turn off your computer, Unless you are knowledgeable in data forensic recovery we suggest that you do not try to mess with your hard drive by removing it and trying to read it with another machine. Leave it alone, shut it off and for a minimum charge of $50.00 we will evaluate your hard drive without the worry of damage or loss of files, CALL US FIRST.
2. Software Recovery: If we can recover your files with software we will apply the analyzation fee towards the cost of software recovery. 90% off software recovery for any size drive (**if you provide a drive to transfer the recovered files) will cost between $150.00 to $250.00.

Hardware Recovery: If we cannot recover your files with software the drive will be sent to a recovery facility in Calgary. we offer 2 types of this kind of recovery: regular recovery service and Rush recovery service.
